TIOGA COUNTY (WBNG) — The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office Friday stated it is looking for a vehicle seen in the area of a deadly crash that happened on July 2 shortly after 8:30 p.m. If you know anything, call the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office at 607-687-1010. Deputies identified the driver as Scott Vanerson, 49, of Newark Valley. He died at the hospital. According to a news release, deputies responded to a 911 call in Newark Valley. Callers reported that a 1999 Chevrolet 1500 pickup was heading north on State Route 38. As it continued north, the truck went off the east side of the road and overturned.last_img read more
